This machine is capable of cutting up to 10” thick Steel, Stainless Steel, Monel, Titanium, Granite, Marble, Aluminium, Brass, Carbon Fiber, Composites, Glass, Rubber, Plastics, and any other material known (except diamond!). The machine cuts most jobs in minutes, without heat, hence no metallurgical change or distortion.
Applications for such jobs can include, but are not limited to: Orifice Plates, Nozzle Blocks, Shims, Coupling Shim Packs, Labyrinth Seals, Flanges, Gears, Sprockets, Baffle Plates, Tube Sheets, Gaskets, Logos, Signs, Complex designs and any other flat shapes…limited only by your imagination! The machine is capable of accepting most drawing file types. Photographs or Logos can also be scanned or loaded directly for processing. The powerful graphics software then generates a cutting path for the item and shows what the finished product will look like….all before you even start cutting!
